Ocumare is located on the Venezuelan coast in Aragua state that is famous for its special cocoa varieties. The small fishing town is adjacent to the Henri Pittier National Park, home to the three-toed sloth. The cocoa beans, collected from fifty-eight cocoa farmers are centrally fermented, and lightly roasted, giving the chocolate its aromas of walnut and peach.
